Ways to make a reservation:

 - fill in the Form of reservation on this website
 - fill in the form Online-booking (with using of credit card, 15% discount)*

Daily from 09:00 till 21:00 you can call to the Department of Reservations by tel:
+7 (495) 647-2447, +7 (495) 930-3097, +7 (495) 784-7437, where you can receive information about availability of rooms on the dates requested by you.

Booking conditions:

1. The payment for booking is not charged.
2. The confirmation of reservations will be sent by fax or by e-mail within 2 hours.
3. The check-in time is after 12.00.
4. In case of late check-out extra payment will be charged:
  from 12:00 till 18:00 – hourly payment
  from 18:00 till 24:00 – payment for half of the day
  from 24:00 – payment for a whole day
5. The reservation, confirmed by the hotel, will be kept till 10.00 of the day, that is next to the check-in date.
6. To cancel your reservation, you should send a notification by e-mail: hsputnik@dol.ru or call by tel. +7 (495) 930-3097.

Conditions of booking by credit card:

In case of online-booking by credit card you’ll be redirected to the website of the company ASSIST (system of e-payments). You input the details of your credit card there and the sum of 1 000 roubles will be kept from your account. The kept sum will be included into a cost of room as the deposit, the remaining part of payment you’ll pay on arrival. In case of non-arrival or cancellation of booking less than 24 hours, the sum kept earlier won’t be refunded.
